Chris Cameron to lead RDFNL Senior Interleague Netball in 2020

The Ontime Delivery Solutions Riddell District Football Netball League is pleased to announce Chris Cameron will coach the Senior Interleague Netball team in season 2020.

Cameron will enter his second year in charge after a successful 2019 campaign.

AFL Goldfields Netball Manager Kim Bailey said it was a great result having someone of Cameron’s calibre involved for a second season.

“We are very pleased to have such a person with the coaching credentials of Chris heading our interleague program again for 2020,” Bailey said.

“He brings a wealth of knowledge with him and we are looking forward to some terrific results next year”.

Cameron has an extensive coaching and playing background but is most well known in the RDFNL circles for his involvement at Wallan FNC.

Players who were selected in the 2019 RDFNL Team Of The Year will be automatically invited into the squad and trials will take place for the remaining spots.

Trials will be scheduled early in the new year.

With the recent axing of the AFL Victoria Community Championships the RDFNL will participate in the Association Championships and the Ariels tournament.

It is hoped that the RDFNL will secure a standalone interleague opposition early in the new year.
